通信网络能耗分析与节能技术应用

摘 要: 针对通信网络能耗特点及环境条件,根据通信设备、电源和基站的能耗现状,分析通信网络的能耗分布及节能潜力,提出通信网络节能降耗的途径与措施。以此为基础,提出并设计通信机房新风节能改造方案和移动通信基站综合节能解决方案。运用定性比较评估方法,对该方案在中国电信、中国移动等通信运营企业实际应用的节能效果进行科学测量统计。应用试验结果表明:通信运营商有效控制管理能耗,在实现信息化、精确化管理基础上,因地制宜采用节能技术,建设节能型通信网络,有利于通信网络的节能减排与可持续发展,保证通信网络可靠、高效运行,降低资本开支和运营开支。

Analysis of energy consumption of telecommunications network and application of energy-saving techniques

Abstract:Based on the characteristics and circumstance conditions of energy consumption of telecommunications network and according to the current situation of energy consumption of the communication equipment, power supply and base station, the energy-consumption distribution and energy-saving potential of the communications network were analyzed and the ways and measurements were put forward to save energy and reduce consumption. The fresh air energy-saving renovation plan in the communication equipment room and the comprehensive energy-saving solution for the mobile telecommunication base station were also proposed and designed. Qualitative comparative appraisal method was used to make scientific measurements and statistics of the practical energy-saving effect of the plan in the communications operation enterprises such as China Telecom and China Mobile. The experimental results show that if the communication operators can control and manage the energy consumption effectively, energy-saving techniques can be used and the energy-saving communications network can be designed which are based on informatization and precision management, and this is favorable for the energy saving, consumption reduction and sustainable development of the communications network and can guarantee the reliable and highly-effective operation of the communications network, so that capital and operational expenditure can be reduced.
