典型夏热城市住宅自然通风模式对空调能耗影响分析

摘 要: 选取夏热冬暖地区深圳和福州,以及夏热冬冷地区重庆和上海的点式,板式和L式住宅作为研究对象,利用DeST-h软件对不同房间使用模式、开窗模式和空调控制温度的建筑进行空调能耗模拟,研究自然通风模式对夏季空调能耗的影响。经过模拟数据分析得出白天有人且开窗的房间使用模式,其冷负荷比白天有人且关窗低10%左右;傍晚开窗或是入寝后只关闭部分窗户,分别平均减少6%和2%左右的冷负荷;夏季白天开窗反而会增加冷负荷,依据所选取建筑所在地和建筑平面形式的不同将增加8%~18%;空调控制温度越高,冷负荷越低;最后得出影响自然通风模式对空调能耗影响的因素包括:房间使用模式,开窗模式,空调控制温度。

Impacts of natural ventilation mode on air-conditioning energy consumption for residential buildings in selected hot summer cities

Abstract:Residential buildings of three different layouts including spider type, slap-type and L-type located in Shenzhen, Fuzhou, Chongqing and Shanghai were selected as research objects. Air-conditioning energy consumption in three different conditions, including room occupation mode, window opening mode and air-conditioning control temperature were simulated by DeST-h. Results show that the cooling load of occupants at home in the daytime with window opened is 10% lower than that of occupants at home in the daytime with window closed. Opening window at nightfall or keeping part of window opened during sleep separately reduce cooling load about 6% and 2% on an average. In summer, opening window will increase cooling load, and the value varies from 8% to 18% according to the regions of buildings and the layouts of buildings. The higher the air-conditioning control temperature, the lower the cooling load. Finally, it comes to a conclusion that room occupation mode, window opening mode, air-conditioning control temperature are three main factors influencing natural ventilation’s impacts on air-conditioning energy consumption.
