结构流充填料浆管道输送阻力特性

摘 要: 基于结构动力学理论,结合宾汉流体模型,探讨膏体充填料浆管道输送阻力特性的变化规律,并通过某铅锌矿充填膏体的泵送环管试验数据对结论进行验证。研究结果表明:随着流速v增加,管道摩阻损失im呈先减小再增大的趋势,存在一最佳流速vx,在此条件下管阻损失im(vx)有最小值;vx受浆体流变性质及管径影响,管径越大,vx越大。当采用全尾砂+水淬渣物料配比,管径178 mm,输送流速0.7~0.8 m/s时,系统能耗较低且满足充填要求,为合理输送参数。

Resistance characteristics of structure fluid backfilling slurry in pipeline transport

Abstract:Based on structural dynamic theory, and combined with Bingham rheological model, the resistance characteristics of unclassified tailings structure fluid backfilling slurry in pipeline transport was analyzed. A loop test of backfill paste in a Lead-Zinc mine was carried out to prove the correctness of this conclusion. The results show that as the flow velocity increases, the pipeline resistance loss first decreases and then increases, and there is an optimal flow velocity which has a minimized resistance loss. The optimal flow velocity is affected by rheological property of slurry and pipe diameter, and the greater the pipe diameter, the greater the optimal flow velocity. The backfilling material composition of unclassified tailings + Water Quenching Slag has a better pipeline conveying performance, and there is a minimized resistance loss in flow rate of 0.7~0.8 m/s and pipe diameter of 178 mm, which is the optimal transport parameters of backfill system.
