扫路车反吹式吸嘴运行参数的CFD分析

摘 要: 以国内某扫路车的反吹式吸嘴为研究对象,根据实际尺寸建立三维计算模型。通过气固两相流动的数值模拟,以除尘效率为评定指标,得出最佳运行参数组合,最后结合试验验证数值模拟的准确性。研究结果表明:车速或离地间隙增加,除尘效率降低;压降提高,除尘效率也随之提高;反吹风量增大,除尘效率先提高后降低;为了实现扫路车高速低能耗作业,通过优化获得最佳运行参数组合为:反吹风量为2 172 m3/h,车速为10 km/h,压降为2.4 kPa,离地间隙为10 mm。

CFD analysis of the operating parameters of reverse blowing pickup mouth for a street sweeper

Abstract:A domestic reverse blowing pickup mouth was studied as the research object. The three-dimensional calculation model was obtained according to the actual size. Gas-solid two phase flow was employed. The optimum operation parameters were proposed by taking the dust removal efficiency as evaluation index. Finally, the accuracy of numerical simulation was verified by experimental results. The results show that dust removal efficiency decreases with the increase of speed or ground clearance; dust removal efficiency increases with the increase of pressure drop; dust removal efficiency increases first and then decreases with the increase of reverse blowing rate flow. In order to achieve operation of low power consumption and high speed, factors were optimized to obtain the optimal parameters as reverse blowing rate flow of 2 172 m3/h,speed of 10 km/h, pressure drop of 2.4 kPa, and ground clearance of 10 mm.
