内置块石RC墩柱轴压性能试验研究

摘 要: 在福建沿海地区石结构房屋加固改造背景下,从合理利用废弃石材,减少固体废弃物排放角度出发,提出一种新型内置块石RC墩柱。通过4个内置块石RC墩柱轴压性能试验,研究内置块石、内置块石类型(整体型、节段型和块体型)等对RC墩柱轴压性能的影响,分析试件的破坏形态、承载能力、变形特征及应变发展等。研究结果表明:与普通RC柱相比,内置块石RC墩柱能显著提高RC柱的轴压承载力,提高幅度与内置块石类型有关,内置整体性块石RC柱的竖向承载力提高幅度可达115%;内置块石类型对RC柱破坏形态有重要影响,整体型内置块石RC柱的破坏形态为脆性破坏,塑性变形能力差,但极限变形能力比普通RC柱的优;内置块体型块石RC柱破坏形态与普通RC柱相似,具有较好的变形能力;与普通RC柱相比,内置节段型和块体型块石RC墩柱具有较好的竖向承载能力和变形能力。

Experimental study on axial compression behavior of reinforced concrete piers infilled with big stone

Abstract:With the background of retrofitting of stone masonry buildings in Southeast China, for rational utilization of waste stone material, a new style of reinforced concrete (RC) pier infilled with big stone was proposed. In order to investigate the axial compressive behavior of RC pier infilled with big stone, four specimens were tested under axial loading. Particular emphasis was given to the effects of the presence and the forms of big stone infilled in RC piers. The RC pier un-infilled with big stone was tested as control specimen. The big stone infilled in RC piers had three forms which were monoblock, segment and lump. Based on the test results, the failure modes, bearing capacity, deformation characteristic and the development of strain were analyzed. The results indicate that compared with the RC piers, the presence of stone infilled in RC piers can significantly improve the compression capacity of RC pier, and the increase is related to the form of large stone. The axial compression capacity of RC pier infilled with monoblock stone is twice that of RC piers. The failure mode of the specimens is significantly related to the form of infilled stone. The RC pier infilled with monoblock failed in split failure mode, with poor plastic deformation, but the ultimate deformation is superior to that of control specimens. The failure mode of RC piers infilled with lump stone is similar to control specimen, and both of them have good capacity of deformation; Compared with control specimen, RC pier infilled with segment or lump stone has better performance of axial compression capacity and deformation capacity.
