差动级行星架支承刚度及阻尼对封闭差动轮系隔振影响

摘 要: 为减小封闭差动轮系内部振动对箱体振动的影响,研究差动级行星架支承刚度与阻尼对系统隔振的影响。建立系统动力学模型,基于傅里叶方法求解动力学方程。在时变刚度激励、啮合齿频误差与制造安装误差激励下,综合考虑箱体支承刚度、差动级行星轮支承刚度以及封闭级行星架支承刚度的耦合影响,分析差动级行星架支承刚度与阻尼对插入损失、力传递率、振级落差和功率流传递率这4个隔振指标的影响。研究结果表明:当非共振区差动级行星架支承刚度较小时,可以获得较大的隔幅与较好能量隔离效果,但是隔力效果欠佳;只有系统在共振区时,添加差动级行星架支承阻尼才有明显的隔振效果。

Effect of carrier supporting stiffness and damp on vibration isolation of encased differential planetary train

Abstract:To reduce the delivery of vibrations inside the encased differential gear train to the gearbox casing, the impacts of planet carrier supporting stiffness and damp on the isolation effect of the system were studied. A system dynamics model was established, and the dynamic equation was solved based on the Fourier method. With the excitation of the time-varying stiffness and the gear errors, the impacts of carrier supporting stiffness and damp on insertion loss, force transmissibility, vibration level difference and power transmissibility were analyzed by the coupling effects of the casing supporting stiffness, the planetary gear supporting stiffness of the differential train and the carrier supporting stiffness of the encased train were considered. The results show that in the non-resonant region smaller carrier supporting stiffness of the differential train can get the better effect of amplitude and energy isolation, but poor force isolation effect. Only in the resonant region, can the carrier supporting damp of the differential train produce obvious isolation effect.
