气力式油雾器雾化性能影响因素试验研究

摘 要: 针对气力式油雾器,设计气力式油雾器雾化性能测试系统。通过测量油雾器产生的油雾质量浓度,研究其在不同进出口压差、进口压力、油膜厚度以及油温条件下的雾化性能。研究结果表明:增大进出口压差可以显著提高气力式油雾器的油雾质量浓度和流量;在进出口压差一定时,进口压力升高会导致油雾质量浓度降低;油箱内油膜厚度亦会影响油液雾化效果,随着油膜厚度的减小,气流阻力减小,油雾质量浓度增大;在进出口压差和进口压力不变时,升高油温能够降低油液的黏度,有利于油液雾化。

Experimental study on influence factors of atomization performance of air-blast lubricator

Abstract:Aiming at air-blast lubricator, atomization performance test system was designed. By measuring the oil mist density under different pressure difference between inlet and outlet, inlet pressure, oil film thickness and oil temperature, the atomization performance of air-blast lubricator was studied. The results show that when the pressure difference between inlet and outlet increases, the oil mist density and flow rate of lubricator increase significantly; the oil mist density decreases with the increase of inlet pressure under the condition of constant pressure difference; oil film thickness influences atomization performance of air-blast lubricator, and oil mist density increases with the decrease of oil film thickness because the airflow resistance decreases correspondingly; when pressure difference and inlet pressure are constant value, oil viscosity decreases as oil temperature increases, which is beneficial to the oil atomization.
