软土盾构隧道近距离穿越既有地铁影响数值分析

摘 要: 为了研究新建盾构隧道施工对既有地铁的影响,采用数值分析方法,针对软土地质分别改变两隧道净距与角度进行计算,从而得到不同工况下既有地铁变形和衬砌内力变化规律及近接分区范围。研究结果表明:两隧道净距与角度不同,既有地铁变形与衬砌内力变化不同,上穿施工较下穿施工更加危险,斜穿施工引起既有地铁变形和衬砌内力发生偏转;得到软土地区近接分区影响范围,当近接区段位于强影响区时需对既有地铁进行加固,进一步将分区研究成果应用于杭州地铁4号线穿越1号线实际工程,实测数据表明分区研究成果较为合理。

Numerical analysis of influence of shield tunnel in soft soil passing over existing nearby subway

Abstract:In order to study the influence of new shield tunnel’s construction on the existing subway, the changes of the two tunnels’ clearance distance and angle respectively in soft soil were calculated by the numerical analysis method, and then the variation of existing subway deformation, internal force of lining and the range of adjacent partition are gained. The results show that when two tunnels’ clearance distance and angle are different, the change of existing subway deformation and internal force of lining are also different; the overlapped construction is more dangerous than undercrossing construction; slanted-passing construction causes the deflection of the existing subway deformation and internal force of lining. And the influencing range of adjacent partition in the soft soil is given. When close-spaced subarea is located in the strongly influencing zone, it is necessary to reinforce the existing subway. And the research of adjacent partition is applied to the practical project of Hangzhou Subway Line 4 crossed Line 1. The measured data show that the research result is comparatively reasonable.
