非对称孔道与对称孔道的DPF载体压降交点研究

摘 要: 为了减小排气背压对柴油机性能的影响,最大限度地减小柴油机颗粒捕集器(DPF)压降,对对称孔道和非对称孔道DPF载体压降进行模拟计算,研究碳烟和灰分的不均匀分布对DPF载体压降的影响,给出对称孔道和非对称孔道DPF载体的选取指标。研究结果表明:对称孔道DPF碳烟最优分布为前少后多,不对称孔道DPF碳烟的最优分布则与之相反,两者的灰分最优分布皆为分布于孔道末端。孔密度低于46.5个/cm2,壁厚较小或长径比小的非对称孔道性能较好,排气流量大,排气温度低于100 ℃或高于400 ℃更适合采用对称孔道DPF载体。

Intersection of pressure drop between asymmetrical and symmetrical channel DPF carrier

Abstract:In order to reduce the impact of exhaust back pressure on the engine performance deterioration, and reduce the pressure drop of diesel particulate filter(DPF), the effects of uneven distribution of soot and ash to DPF pressure drop were researched based on the simulation. The quantitative indicators of symmetrical or asymmetrical DPF were given. The results show that the optimal soot distribution of symmetrical channel is few in the front, but that of the asymmetrical channel is different, and both of their optimal ash distribution are at the end of channel. When channels density is less than 46.5 cm-2, the wall thickness is thin or the ratio of length to diameter is low, and the performance of asymmetrical channel DPF is better. The large displacement diesel engine and the situation of lower than 100 ℃ or higher than 400 ℃ exhaust temperature is more suitable for the case of symmetrical channel DPF carrier.
