基于n(Fe2O3)/n(CaO)的铁矿粉烧结液相流动性测定方法

摘 要: 针对以碱度(R=w(CaO)/w(SiO2),w为质量分数)控制混合料CaO的添加量的铁矿粉液相流动性检测方法(R值法)在评价SiO2质量分数不同的铁矿粉时结论与烧结生产存在差异的问题,提出以混合料铁钙的物质的量比(n(Fe2O3)/n(CaO))控制CaO添加量的铁矿粉液相流动性检测方法(N值法)。分别以化学纯试剂和铁矿粉为原料,对比研究了R值法和N值法对液相流动性指数检测结果的影响;并基于2种检测结果进行优化配矿—烧结杯试验。研究结果表明:R值法测得液相流动性指数与铁矿粉中SiO2质量分数有明显的线性正相关关系,掩盖了铁矿粉真实的液相流动特性;N值法可以显著减小SiO2含量对铁矿粉液相流动性指数的影响。基于N值法的优化配矿—烧结产质量指标与R值法相比,成品率、利用系数、转鼓强度分别提高4.62%,0.11 t/(m2·h)和1.91%,固体燃耗降低1.96 kg/t。

Determination method of iron ore liquid phase fluidity index during sintering based on n(Fe2O3)/n(CaO)

Abstract:The liquid phase fluidity indexes of iron ores are generally tested by controlling the basicity (R= w(CaO)/ w(SiO2)) of mixture (R value method). In order to solve the problem that the liquid phase fluidity indexes of iron ores with different SiO2 contents are inconsistent with the sintering actual production, a new improved method based on n(Fe2O3)/n(CaO) was proposed to add CaO (N value method). The effects of R value method and N value method on liquid phase fluidity indexes were studied by using pure chemical reagent and iron ores as raw materials. Based on these results, the optimizing ore blending-sintering pot tests were investigated. The results show that the liquid phase fluidity indexes measured by R value method have obvious linear positive correlation with SiO2 mass fraction of iron ores, which can not really reflect the liquid phase fluidity indexes of iron ores. N value method can significantly reduce the effect of SiO2 content on the liquid phase fluidity indexes. Compared with optimizing ore blending-sintering based on R value method, the sintering yield, productivity and tumbler strength of optimizing ore blending-sintering based on N value method are increased by 4.62%, 0.11 t/(m2·h) and 1.91% respectively, while the solid fuel consumption reduces by 1.96 kg/t.
