低温条件下输电铁塔主材节点的强度及其分散性试验

摘 要: 为将钢材材料的现有研究成果直接应用在节点的设计上,分别进行输电铁塔材料(139个试样)和节点(216个试样)的低温拉伸试验,并提出一种考虑节点连接滑移时的强度处理方法,对不同温度下材料与节点的强度性能进行研究,依照国家标准研究低温下节点屈服强度的分布规律和统计参数。研究结果表明:低温条件下节点的屈强已经超出一般钢材的屈强比范围0.60~0.75,节点的抗力分项系数均小于规范中钢材材料的参考值,且节点强度设计值普遍超出规范中强度设计值10%以上。建议结合低温条件下节点屈强比的变化规律对节点的抗力分项系数以及屈服强度设计值进行合理取值。

Experimental study of strength and dispersion of main joints on transmission tower in low temperature

Abstract:In order to apply the current research of steel materials to the design of the bolt joints in transmission tower, tensile tests of materials (139 specimens) and joints (216 specimens) in low temperatures were conducted respectively. And a calculated method of strength properties considering the bolt slippage was presented. The strength and the variation characteristics of steel and joints under different temperatures were studied. According to the national standards, the distribution and statistical parameters of joint yield strength were also researched in low temperatures. The results show that the yield to ultimate ratio of the joint under low temperature conditions exceeds the usual range of steel material 0.60-0.75; the resistance partial factors of the joints are less than the reference value of the steel material, and the design value of joint strength exceeds the standard specification by 10% generally. The design value of yield strength and resistance partial factor should be selected based on the change of yield ratio of main joints in low temperatures.
