新型防水层材料力学性能及其在铁路基床中的应用

摘 要: 为有效地解决膨胀土地区铁路基床反复出现病害的问题,通过对膨胀土基床病害成因进行分析,研究以砂与土作为骨架系统、橡胶与乳化沥青为改性组分、水泥及纤维为增强组分的新型防水层复合材料。以中低弹性模量、强抗渗性及高韧性为目标,借助试验分析各材料组分掺量对复合材料力学性能的影响,给出新型防水层复合材料的配合比及力学指标控制要求,并通过激振试验对新型防水层复合材料应用效果进行检验。研究结果表明:当砂与土质量比约为1时,新型防水层材料的抗压与抗折强度均达到最大;适当掺入橡胶粉、乳化沥青及聚丙烯纤维可以提高其抗变形能力,但会降低材料强度;在干燥与浸水条件下,新型防水层能有效地隔断地表水下渗和地下水上升路径,达到较好的防水隔水效果,且能加速基床内动土压力的衰减和保持良好的抗疲劳性能。研究的新型防水层复合材料可应用于治理膨胀土地区铁路基床病害。

Mechanical properties of new waterproof materials and its application in railway subgrade

Abstract:In order to effectively overcome the recurring diseases of railway subgrade in expansive soil area, a new waterproof composite material was developed by using sand and soil as the skeleton system, rubber powder and emulsified asphalt as modified components, and cement and fiber was reinforced ingredients based on the analysis of the causes of disease of expansive soil subgrade. The influences of the material components on the mechanical properties of composite materials were analyzed with experiments. Then, the control standards of the mix proportion and mechanical indexes of composite materials were presented by the target of middle-low modulus, excellent impermeability and high toughness. The application effect of the new waterproof composite materials was tested by means of vibration tests in practical engineering. The results show that the compressive strength and anti-folding strength of the new waterproof composite materials can reach the maximum when the mass ratio of sand to soil is close to 1. The reasonable addition of rubber powder, emulsified asphalt and polypropylene fiber can improve the anti-deformation ability of the material, but reduce the strength. The new waterproof composite material is able to promote the attenuation of dynamic earth pressure under drying and soaking condition, and also has good waterproof ability. It can break the paths of surface water infiltration and prevents groundwater from increasing and has better anti-fatigue capacity. The new waterproof composite material can be applied to solve the diseases of expansive soil subgrade.
