镁合金筒形件拉深成形的临界压边力

摘 要: 采用平面应力假设条件,依据Fields-Backofen流变应力本构模型,对镁合金筒形件拉深成形法兰区的应力分布进行解析分析。运用应力解析公式及能量法,推导镁合金筒形件拉深成形的破裂和起皱临界压边力表达式。通过数值模拟和试验对理论解析进行验证,确定临界压边力的安全区域。研究结果表明:理论解析与数值模拟预测的临界压边力的相对误差分别为9.62%和6.76%;在给定安全区域范围内,试件拉深试验获得成功;理论解析、数值模拟和试验的结果具有良好一致性。

Critical blank holder force of deep drawing process for magnesium alloy cylindrical parts

Abstract:Based on the Fields-Backofen constitutive model and plane stress assumption, the stress distribution in the flange zone of magnesium alloy cylindrical drawing was analyzed. The expressions of critical blank holder force for fracture and wrinkling of magnesium alloy cylindrical parts during deep drawing were derived by using analytical stress formula and energy method. The theoretical analysis was verified by numerical simulation and experiment, and the safe region of the critical blank holder force was determined. The results show that the relative errors of critical blank holder force predicted by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are 9.62% and 6.76%, respectively. Within the given safety area, the drawing test is successful. The results of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and experiment are in good agreement.
