基于蒙特卡洛和BIM的CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道铺设工期仿真

摘 要: 以高速铁路1榀32 m标准简支梁上的CRTSⅢ型轨道板铺设为对象,开展铺板工艺过程及工期的三维仿真模拟研究。根据32 m简支梁上CRTSⅢ型板铺设工艺,将铺设过程分解为16道工序,并在京沈(北京—沈阳)高铁施工现场获取每道工序的持续时间样本各100组,拟合确定各道工序持续时间的概率分布。基于双代号时标网络计划图,应用Revit软件,以蒙特卡洛方法开展工序工期和铺板总工期仿真模拟并建立对施工过程进行动态演示的轨道板铺设BIM模型,确定1榀32 m简支梁上CRTSⅢ型板铺设总工期的概率分布。研究结果表明:应用Revit软件建立具有模拟工期信息的轨道板铺设BIM模型,能形象展示工期仿真结果,实现CRTSⅢ型板铺设进度和施工质量档案的可视化管理。

Period-simulation of CRTSⅢ slab track based on Monte Carlo simulation and BIM

Abstract:Based on CRTSⅢ slab track on a 32 m standard simple-supported girder of high-speed railway bridge, three-dimensional simulation of the paving process and duration was carried out. According to the paving technology of CRTSⅢ slab track on the 32 m simple-supported girder, the paving process was divided into 16 stages. The duration specimen of process was obtained from the construction site of Beijing—Shenyang high-speed railway, and each has 100 groups, which was used to detemine the duration probability distribution of each process. The process and total durations of the track were simulated with Monte Carlo method based on the double codename network plan diagram, thus the total duration probability distribution of CRTSⅢ slab track on a 32 m simple-supported girder was determined. The BIMmodel for track paving which could simulate the duration information was established by Revit software. The results show that it can display the simulation results of duration vividly and achieve the visual management of CRTSⅢ slab track paving process and construction quality archives.
