带缺陷的蜂窝铝道面板平压疲劳特性试验研究

摘 要: 利用MTS试验机对含先天缺陷的蜂窝铝道面板进行平压疲劳试验,得到能表征各组试件疲劳特性的载荷比-疲劳寿命(r-N)曲线,分析试件平压疲劳的失效模式以及疲劳过程。研究结果表明:在铝板总高度不变的前提下,增加芯子高度会提高面板抗平压疲劳的性能,芯面脱焊对面板抗平压疲劳性能的影响不明显,下面板裂纹对面板抗平压疲劳性能有较大影响;面板在疲劳过程中,均表现为刚性体,起轴向力的承接传递作用,最终的失效模式为夹芯胞体壁板由侧向凸胀发展成纵向屈曲从而导致结构整体发生破坏。整个疲劳失效过程分为初始褶皱阶段、褶皱横向凸胀阶段、区域性褶皱阶段及临近疲劳寿命阶段。

Experimental study on plane compression fatigue characteristics of aluminum honeycomb panel with defects

Abstract:By using MTS testing machine, the plane compression fatigue test of aluminum honeycomb panels with congenital defects was carried out. The r-N curves which represent the fatigue characteristics of each group of specimens were obtained, and the failure mode and the fatigue process of the plane compression fatigue were analyzed. The results show that under the premise of constant total panel height, increasing the height of core improves the performance of plane compression fatigue. The influence of core surface dewelding on the panel resistance to plane compression fatigue is not obvious, and the crack of the lower face panel has great influence on the panel resistance to plane compression fatigue. In the process of fatigue, all the panels are rigid bodies which play the role of axial force transfer. The ultimate failure mode is as follows: the sandwich cell body wall plate develops from lateral bulging to longitudinal buckling, which leads to the destruction of the whole structure. The whole process of fatigue failure can be divided into four stages: initial fold stage, transverse convexity stage, regional fold stage and near fatigue life stage.
