砾石土防渗料压实特性

摘 要: 为了研究砾石土防渗料的压实特性,采用凸碾和冲碾2种方式对室内击实试验筛选的3种不同级配的砾石土(砾石土①、砾石土②和砾石土③)进行大型碾压试验。研究结果表明:3种级配砾石土防渗料压实度均满足压实度大于98%的要求;砾石土防渗料的渗透系数和压缩模量均随砾石粒度低于5 mm的质量分数增大而减小;当砾石粒度小于5 mm的质量分数分别为45%,50%和55%时,凸碾压实的渗透系数分别为8.58×10-6,6.61×10-6和4.45×10-6 cm/s,渗透系数最大减小幅度达48.2%;冲碾压实的渗透系数分别为7.72×10-6,5.60×10-6和3.30×10-6 cm/s,渗透系数最大减小幅度达57.2%;凸碾压实的压缩模量分别为81.84,77.35和66.95 MPa,压缩模量最大减小幅度为18.2%;冲碾压实的压缩模量分别为84.96,79.52和73.65 MPa,压缩模量最大减小幅度为13.3%。综合分析3种级配砾石土的压实渗透系数和压缩模量,砾石土②为最佳级配选择。

Compaction property of gravelly soil as impermeable material

Abstract:To study the compaction characteristics of the anti-seepage material of gravelly soil, large-scale compaction tests were designed for three kinds of gravelly soils, i. e. gravelly soils ①, ② and ③, by using convex rolling and impact rolling to test the compaction characteristics of three different graded gravel soils that screened from the laboratory compaction tests. The results show that the compaction of three graded gravelly soils meets the requirement that the compaction is greater than 98%. The permeability coefficient and compression modulus of the gravel soil impervious material decrease with the increase of the mass fraction of fines less than 5 mm. When the mass fractions of fine particles less than 5 mm are 45%, 50% and 55%, the permeability coefficients of convex rolling compaction are 8.58×10-6, 6.61×10-6 and 4.45×10-6 cm/s, respectively, with the maximun reduction extent of 48.2%. The permeability coefficients of impact roller compaction are 7.72×10-6, 5.60×10-6 and 3.30×10-6 cm/s respectively with the maximun reduction extent of 57.2%. The compression modulus of convex rolling are 81.84, 77.35 and 66.95 MPa respectively with the maximun reduction extent of 18.2%. The compression modulus of impact roller compaction are 84.96, 79.52 and 73.65 MPa respectively with the maximun reduction extent of 13.3%. According to the comprehensive analysis of the compaction permeability coefficient and compression modulus of three graded gravelly soil, gravelly soil ② is the best choice.
