锈蚀钢框架梁抗震性能试验及地震损伤模型

摘 要: 为了揭示锈蚀钢框架梁的地震损伤演化规律,基于人工气候环境法对5榀钢框架梁试件进行加速锈蚀,并对锈蚀后的试件进行拟静力试验,研究不同锈蚀程度对钢框架梁破坏形态、强度、刚度、变形和耗能等的影响。结合试验结果,分析可反映锈蚀钢框架梁地震损伤演化规律的指标,提出变形-滞回耗能双参数损伤模型,给出模型中相应参数的具体定义和确定方法。研究结果表明:随着锈蚀程度增加,试件局部屈曲程度加重,承载力及延性逐渐降低,强度和刚度退化明显,耗能变差;损伤值在弹性阶段收敛于0,进入弹塑性阶段后迅速增大,破坏时等于1,符合损伤指数性质;随着锈蚀程度增加,试件损伤发展速度逐渐加快;所建立的损伤模型能够较好地模拟锈蚀钢框架梁的地震损伤演化过程。

Experiment of seismic behaviors and seismic damage model of corroded steel frame beams

Abstract:In order to study the seismic damage evolution law of corroded steel frame beams, accelerated corrosion tests were conducted on five RC frame beam specimens by the artificial climate environment method. Then, quasi-static tests were carried out on the specimens. The influence of corrosion degree on the failure mode, strength, stiffness, deformation and energy dissipation of the specimens was investigated. Based on the test results, indexes which could reflect the seismic damage evolution of a corroded steel frame beam were analyzed, a deformation-hysteretic energy damage model was established, and parameters of the damage model were defined and calibrated. The results show that with the increase of corrosion degree, the local buckling degree of the specimens aggravates gradually, and the load bearing capacity, ductility, strength, stiffness and energy dissipation capacity reduce obviously. It conforms to the damage index property that the damage value converges to 0 in the elastic phase of the specimens, increases rapidly in the elasto-plastic phase, and equals 1 at failure. With the increase of corrosion degree, the rate of damage development of the specimens accelerates gradually. The established damage model can describe the seismic damage evolution of corroded steel frame beams well.
