脱硫净烟气降温冷凝促进WFGD系统后次生细颗粒物的脱除

摘 要: 为研究脱硫净烟气中次生细颗粒物的脱除,基于水汽相变原理,提出在湿法脱硫系统后采用氟塑料毛细管冷凝式换热器构建过饱和水汽环境,促进次生细颗粒物凝结长大与脱除的方法。研究结果表明:在典型工况下,换热器内冷凝降温可促使次生细颗粒物发生非均相凝结,进而提高换热器对次生细颗粒物的脱除,其脱除效率可达12.1%;通过优化操作参数,如提高换热器内烟气温降、降低空塔气速、选取合适的换热器进口烟气温度(45~50 ℃)及脱硫浆液质量分数(10%~15%),均可进一步降低换热器出口次生细颗粒物的排放。

Promoting the removal of secondary particles emitted from WFGD system by reducing temperature of desulfurized flue gas

Abstract:To research the removal of the secondary particles in desulfurized flue gas, based on the principle of heterogeneous vapor condensation, an experiment was conducted by adding a fluoroplastics capillary condensing heat exchanger after wet flue gas desulfurization system to establish a supersaturated water vapor environment. The results show that under the typical operating condition, the heterogeneous condensation of the secondary particles can be promoted by reducing the flue gas in heat exchanger, and the removal efficiency of the secondary particles in number concentration can be up to 12.1%. By optimizing operating parameters, such as increasing the temperature-drop, reducing the gas velocity of empty tower and selecting the suitable flue gas temperature (45-50 ℃) at the inlet of the heat exchanger and the mass fraction of slurry (10%-15%), the emission of the secondary particles from the outlet of heat exchanger can be effectively reduced.
