醋酸乙烯合成用废触媒的热解特性及其动力学

摘 要: 采用热重分析法研究废触媒的热解特性,实验在氮气气氛下进行,升温速率为10 K/min,初始温度为298 K,最终温度为1 473 K。研究结果表明:废触媒的热解分为干燥脱水,醋酸锌、有机树脂及复杂有机物分解,C与ZnO反应3个阶段。由于存在有机树脂包裹醋酸锌的现象,造成醋酸锌的完全分解温度滞后,在1 149 K时残留的醋酸锌才分解完全。醋酸锌分解和C与ZnO反应是导致废触媒热解产生质量损失的主要原因,其热解动力学模型分别符合一级化学反应和一维扩散Parabolic法则,表观活化能分别为37.4和43.1 kJ/mol。

Pyrolysis characteristic and kinetic equation of spent catalyst used for vinyl acetate synthesis

Abstract: The pyrolysis characteristics of spent catalyst were investigated by the thermo-gravimetric analysis method in N2 atmosphere. The temperature of furnace was increased from 298 K to 1 473 K at 10 K/min. The results show that the spent catalyst has three fast agravic steps: dehydration, decomposition of zinc acetate, decomposition of organic resins and other complex organic compounds and reaction of ZnO with carbon. The zinc acetate does not decompose completely until the temperature is up to 1 149 K. The reason of this lag of pyrolysis is that the spent catalyst is wrapped by organic resin. The pyrolysis kinetic equation of spent catalyst was submitted to the first order chemical reaction and one dimension (1D) diffuse equation. The calculated activation energy is 37.4 and 43.1 kJ/mol, respectively.
